Aft of the Centrum on Deck 4 is the Schooner Bar which runs along the port side of the ship. With a capacity of 112 guests, it provides the ideal location for pre or post dinner drinks and people watching. A pianist also performs here at various times throughout the evening.

The Schooner Bar, as its name suggests, has a nautical theme and unique scent which originates from pitch made of pine tar mixed with oakum used to preserve rigging that was used on tall ships. The mast-like setup in the Schooner Bar with its ropes and knots are treated with this pitch which creates the scent.

The bar also features a number of nautical items and artwork throughout and plays host to a number of activities such as music trivia and Sudoku challenges.

Cafe Promenade is located along the Royal Promenade on deck 5 and is open 24 hours. It serves complimentary Seattle coffee, tea and snacks whilst Starbucks Coffee is also available at additional charge.

Food on offer includes sandwiches, filled croissants, cookies, doughnuts, granola bars and cakes such as lemon poppy seed loaf and banana cake.

The quiet and elegant Champagne Bar on deck 5 outside the Botticelli Dining Room seats 49 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of champagne before or after dinner.

Along with a wide variety of champagne to select from, cocktails, wines and spirits are also served here.

Vintages is Liberty’s signature wine bar where guests can sit back and relax with a glass of wine and take in the view of the Royal Promenade.

Developed with Robert Mondavi, Beringer® Blass Wine Estates and Niebaum-Coppola, and located on deck 5, Vintages offers guests wines from some of the world’s finest vineyards.

During a cruise a number of tastings and classes are held such as champagne cocktail tastings and Martini tastings offering a choice of three different martinis in a two ounce glass, with costs beginning at around $20.00 per person.

Both flights and glasses of wine are available along with a selection of tapas (charges apply). Guests can also try a one, three or five ounce glass of wine using the Napa Technology dispensers enabling them to sample a range of wines without having to purchase individual bottles.

On deck 5 by the shops with seating for 96 guests is the English-themed Dog and Badger Pub serving various imported beers and bottled ales. The pub also has a resident entertainer playing music most nights.

In addition to the ship’s standard bar menu the Hoof & Claw also offers an extensive beer list featuring around 40 brews, many of which are not available in Liberty’s other bars. Some of the more unusual beers and ales include Widmer Hefeweizen, Samuel Adams Imperial White and Chemay Blue ($19.95). Beer base cocktails are also on the menu such as the Michelada (Corona, bloody Mary mix and lime) and London Lemonade (Beefeater gin, sweet and sour, Sprite).

Olive or Twist, located on deck 12 and overlooking the pool area, is the ship's martini bar with activities ranging from ballroom dancing to party music. The light and airy bar is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass windows offering views of the ocean and has its own dance floor and stage.

Open to adults aged 21 and over only with a seating capacity of 45, guests can enjoy cocktails and classic from the ships Elegance Trio along with late night jazz.

The Pool Bar on deck 11 is a small outdoor bar with few stools to sit on and caters for the ships main pools with a regular bar menu including refreshing frozen drinks and beer buckets. Overlooking the stage by the pool, activities such as the sexiest male competition and live music can be enjoyed from here.

The alfresco Sky Bar is located above the main pool area on deck 11 and offers the same drinks as the Pool bar.

Squeeze is located port side and midship of deck 11. It is a juice bar selling refreshing fruit drinks along with power shakes. Fruit smoothies cost $4.50, energiser powershakes around $4.95 and protein shakes for $4.95.

Fruit juices cost $4 for a 12oz glass or $5.25 for a 16oz glass and flavours on offer include wildberry, mango, peach, strawberry, raspberry, banana and pina colada.

Adjacent to the FlowRider on deck 13 is the Wipe Out! bar where guests can pick up refreshments or just sit and watch people surfing. Sessions on FlowRider can also be booked here.

The Viking Lounge on deck 12 with it's sweeping sea views, incorporates of a number of spaces designed for different activities. The majority of the lounge is dedicated to Olive or Twist, an ideal venue for live music and dancing. Port side is Cloud Nine, a multi functional private meeting and party room and the 33 seat Seven Hearts card room. Finally the Diamond Club is an exclusive lounge for Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Club Crown & Anchor® Society members and is a private concierge lounge only accessible by key card.

Diamond Club on deck 14 seats 32 guests and is for Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Club Crown & Anchor® Society members. It features concierge access, complimentary continental breakfast, and evening drinks.

The 77 seat Boleros Lounge on deck 4 is situated around the atrium and is Liberty’s Latin Bar. With windows overlooking the promenade deck and its own stage and dance floor, entertainment ranges from live bands playing salsa music making it the ideal night time hotspot to dance the night away in with a refreshing mojito or caipirinha.

Classical music is also played at this venue and it is ideally situated for pre dinner drinks before heading off to the main dining rooms.

The Connoisseur Club on deck 5 outside the Sphinx Lounge is the ship's cigar lounge, ideal for a cigar and late night scotch.

On Air is Liberty’s karaoke bar, located on deck 3 with seating for 140 guests and a standard bar menu. Some sporting events such as NFL football are also aired on the large screen along with Nintendo Wii bowling games at certain times during the cruise.

Trivia and audience participation game shows are examples of further entertainment held in the On Air Club.

Cloud Nine on deck 14 forms part of the Viking Lounge and offers a room that can be used for separate activities such as Royal Babies and Tots activities.

The Plaza Bar opens from 7.00am in the morning for Speciality Coffee and Fresh Juice (normal bar charges apply). Located aft of deck 11 it also specialises in Sake and different types of tea and seats 50 guests.

For guests staying in Grand Suite-level rooms and higher, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club Crown & Anchor® Society members, the private Concierge Club midship of deck 10 offers complimentary continental breakfast and evening drinks.
