Blush Dining Room is one of two split level main dining rooms on the ship, located on decks 3 and 4 with windows on three sides.

It is open seating for breakfast and lunch.

Dining is assigned seating with a choice of either 6pm or 8.15pm.

The Sapphire is one of two split level main dining rooms on the ship, located midship on decks 3 and 4.

There is a choice of assigned dining with either 6pm or 8.15pm seating or "Your Time Dining" which is anytime from 5.45 to 9.30pm.

The Lido Marketplace is the ship's casual international style buffet restaurant.

It is located primarily on deck 10 with the exception of the pasta bar at lunchtime on deck 11 (which becomes the extra charge Cucina Del Capitano restaurant at night).

Serving both continental and buffet style breakfasts, at lunch it serves a wide variety of cuisines.

Food stations on offer include a New York Style Deli, Taste of Nations (serving different international cuisines each day) Pizzeria, Indian Tandoor, Mongolian Wok, Guy's Burger Joint, Bluelguana Cantina, Dessert stations and Ice Cream stations (which along with the pizzeria and tea and coffee stations is open 24 hours).

For dinner the Lido Marketplace transforms into a casual bistro style restaurant.

Cucina Del Capitano (one of the ship's reservations restaurants) can be found on deck 11 and features a full service a la carte menu serving fine Italian dining at night for a nominal charge.

During the day Cucina Del Capitano becomes the complimentary pasta bar for the Lido Marketplace restaurant. Diners can select from a variety of pastas, sauces and accompaniments which are then freshly prepared and brought to their table.

The ship's 24 hour pizzeria, which forms part of the Lido Marketplace restaurant on deck 10, serves a selection of pizzas, calzone and Caesar salad.

It can be found at the Tides pool end of the establishment.

The Mongolian Wok (part of the Lido casual Marketplace on deck 10) offers freshly prepared stir fried ingredients of your choice.

The Bonsai Sushi Bar is located on deck 5 along the Lanai promenade next to the RedFrog pub.

Guests can choose from a range of appetisers $3 each), soups and salads ($2 each) ,sushi and sashimi ($1 each piece), rolls (between $4 and $6 each) a bento box (selection of items for $8) or a selection for two ($15).

Japanease beverages are also available along with the choice of either green tea cupcakes or Yuzu Custard ($2 each).

The Indian Tandoor is the Indian station of the Lido Marketplace on deck 10 and is located near to the Tides pool.

It serves a selection of dishes including chicken, fish, kebabs and naan breads.

Bluelguana Cantina, located on deck 10 within the Lido Marketplace restaurant, is the casual restaurants Mexican station.

Bluelguana serves freshly made burritos and tacos with a filling of your choice (such as chicken, beef or fish) along with a selection of homemade tortillas, chips and salsa.

Open all day, guest can enjoy a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, chicken sausage or ham, hash browns, cheese lettuce and tomato and a topping.

For the rest of the day options include chicken, fish or pork with a range of salad items and salsa topping.

Guy's Burger Joint is located on deck 10 and forms part of the ship's Lido Marketplace restaurant.

Inspired by celebrity chef Guy Fieri, passengers can choose from the following burgers:

Plain Jane (served on a buttered grilled roll)
Straight Up (served with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and mayonnaise)
Pig Patty (served with melted cheese and a crispy bacon patty)
Chilius Maximus (served with a crispy spicy onion ring, melted cheese, mayonnaise and chilli)
The Ringer (served with melted cheese, bourbon and brown sugar BBQ sauce and a crispy spicy onion ring)

Hand cut fries are served as an accompaniment.

Fat Jimmy's C-Side BBQ is located on deck 5 on the promenade near the Bonsai Sushi Bar and Plaza Cafe.

Foods on offer range from barbeque chicken, grill kielbasa, Italian sausage, grilled vegetables, pork sandwiches and sides such as coleslaw and baked beans.

SeaDogs is located on the Spa and Sports Deck by the sports court, and serves an all-beef complimentary hot dog with a selection of toppings.

The Taste Bar serves a new and different complimentary appetiser in a different restaurant each day providing guests with a sample of the flavours on offer at dining venues across ship.

For guests wanting a filling late breakfast/ early lunch to enjoy whilst being entertained, the Punchliner Comedy Brunch offers a wide range of choices from tomato soup, salmon and cream cheese bagels, fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, chicken quesadilla, pancakes and pasta to ice cream and slices of cheesecake.

It is held in the Sapphire Restaurant midship on deck 3 from 9.00am to 1.30pm.

The New York Style Deli within the Lido Marketplace restaurant on deck 10 serves a variety of hot and cold sandwiches.

Fahrenheit 555 is the ship's alternative reservation only restaurant located on deck 5 at the back of the Limelight Lounge.

The Steakhouse specialises in prime beef cooked to your specification, or a selection of seafood if you prefer.

The menu includes entrees, appetisers and desserts and an extensive wine list is also available.

A Cover charge of $30 per person applies.

The Red Frog on deck 5 serves a range of chargeable appetisers which cost $3.33 per item.

Passengers can choose from a selection ranging from Bahamian conch salad to West Indies Roll and beef sliders or for those with a sweet tooth, sticky coconut cake at $2.22 per slice.

The Plaza Cafe is located on deck 5 within the Ocean Plaza and is the ship's extra charge patisserie.

The cafe offers speciality coffees, freshly brewed tea or milkshakes along with a selection of pastries, cakes, cookies and ice cream sundaes.

The Ocean Plaza is an area which includes the extra charge Plaza Cafe and a small snack bar, midship on deck 5.

The Chef's Table is held in a variety of unusual locations such as the library.

The chef's table is a multi course dinner prepared by one of the ship's master chefs.

Available for groups of twelve, beginning with a champagne reception followed by a visit to the ship's Galley to see it in operation before a full service dinner of appetisers, entrees and desserts.

A charge of $75 per head applies and the experience is bookable through Steakhouse reservations.
