About Samos
Samos is a Greek island in the eastern Aegean Sea.
Samos has a good range of small shops selling everything from beach gear, handicrafts and jewellery to souvenirs, local wine and honey. Samos is also well known for red pottery.

From April to the end of October, daily ferries run between Samos and Kusadasi, in Turkey where you can visit the 3,000 year old city of Ephesus. The trip takes approximately 1.5 hours each way and a passport is required.
